 新的鬼脸杀手出现在Sidney Prescott（内芙·坎贝尔 饰）过着新生活的宁静小镇，她心底里最恐惧的事已在现实生活中发生，因为她的女儿（伊莎贝尔·梅 饰）成为了鬼脸杀手下一个目标。为了保护家人，Sidney必须再次面对她过去的恐怖经历，彻底结束无止境的血腥杀戮。
